Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage the Inside Sales Team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and ongoing training to team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Traveling to all branches to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team performance.
• Implement performance improvement strategies as needed.
