Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to bring your own team, manage, guide, and support team to achieve operational goals and deliver high-quality results. As a Team Leader at you will take ownership of team performance, foster a collaborative environment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to team success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition : Each individual team member required to bring new relationship to the organization & achieve monthly account opening & revenue targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide regular feedback, and identify areas for improvement through performance reviews and ongoing mentoring and achieve team monthly targets.
  • Training & Development: Conduct onboarding, training, and development sessions for new and existing team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Goal Setting & Achievement: Collaborate with senior management to set clear, measurable goals for the team and ensure objectives are met on time.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle any conflicts or challenges within the team and resolve issues in a fair and effective manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance team performance, productivity, and morale.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management, ensuring the teams needs and feedback are communicated effectively.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure that the team has the necessary resources to perform tasks and achieve goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular performance reports, team progress, and updates to senior management.
  • Motivation & Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages team engagement, collaboration, and overall well-being.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor, with a track record of managing teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to set clear goals and priorities and delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
