Job Description:

We are looking for a Category Manager to Manage categories. The role involves managing business growth, online funnel management, and understanding P&L. You will play a key role in generating leads, creating batches, and managing facilities to support category growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the category and business.
• Manage online sales funnels to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Understand and manage the P&L for your category.
• Generate leads and grow business through both online and offline strategies.
• Coordinate with teams to create batches and manage resources.
• Manage facilities to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze market trends and suggest strategies for category growth.
• Understand YouTube and other digital platforms to drive engagement and sales.
• Use your knowledge of sales and marketing to improve category performance.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in category management, strategy, or business growth.
• Experience in EdTech or having appeared for government exams (Civil Services) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of online platforms, especially YouTube and digital sales.
• Proven track record in lead generation and funnel management.
• Understanding of P&L and business growth strategies.
