? Should be able to give on platform merchandising input

? Building brand strategy and execution plan

? To propose marketing budgets based on overall GMV/NGMV

Buying, Inventory

? Should keep a track of best sellers and formulate replenishment plan for the same

? To monitor worst sellers and advise liquidation strategy

? Should advice on SMU, if required

? At any given point, healthy inventory should be available

Operations and Account Reconciliation

? Sort out seller pay-out and cataloguing related issue

? RTVs – Slow moving or non-live inventory
