Guest Relations- Apprenticeship

Position: Apprentice- Hostess.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Hospitality or equivalent fresher

Education: Hospitality Management/ Aviation or equivalent.

Reports to: Restaurant/ Guest Relations Manager.

Shifts: Rotational

Job Description:

• Greet customers and welcome them to the venue
• Manage reservations and waiting lists
• Provide accurate wait times
• Escort guests to their tables or bar areas
• Manage guest feedback when they leave
• Coordinate with wait staff about seating
• Maintain a clean reception area
• Cater to special requests, such as for children or the elderly
• Answer phones and address guest reservation queries.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Flexibility
• Basic math and computer skills
• Attention to detail

Preferred candidates: Young & enthusiastic female candidates with relevant exposure to hospitality/ equivalent industry.
