Program Manager

We are looking for a resourceful and dynamic Program Manager to collaborate closely with the Category Business Head in managing tasks, driving initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of category growth strategies. This role involves robust task coordination, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and leveraging online business insights to enhance operations and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Task & Workflow Management

• Organize, prioritize, and streamline tasks for the Category Business Head to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Develop structured workflows and maintain task trackers for visibility and accountability.
• Continuously monitor task progress, address bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions.

Project Oversight & Execution

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and post-implementation analysis.
• Prepare project roadmaps with clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks through rigorous follow-ups.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a liaison between the Category Business Head and internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Maintain open communication channels to foster collaboration and alignment on goals.
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates, progress reports, and data-driven insights.

Data Analytics & Business Insights

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for category and business growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs and project outcomes.
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and recommend strategic initiatives.

Online Business & Market Knowledge

• Understand the nuances of online business, including e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales funnels.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align category strategies with online business goals.
• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors to inform category decisions.

Communication & Reporting

• Prepare detailed presentations, reports, and briefs for the Category Business Head to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Synthesize complex information into concise, actionable formats for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in all communications and documentation.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
• Implement best practices for program and project management across the category.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience in program management, business strategy, or online business operations.
• Expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, SQL) and project management tools
• Solid understanding of online business concepts such as digital marketing, e-commerce, and lead conversion.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with EdTech or consumer-facing online businesses is a plus.
