Job Title: Executive Assistant to Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO)

Department: Business Technology Group (BTG)

Role & responsibilities:

• Define the Digital, IT, and Cybersecurity Strategy for Thermax.
• Monitor the external environment for emerging technologies with potential benefits for Thermax.
• Measure the business impact of digital initiatives in terms of growth, cash flow, margin improvement, and risk reduction.
• Track and oversee the execution of strategic initiatives within BTG and across Thermax.
• Represent BTG's perspective in Executive Council and SBU leadership meetings and in external forums.
• Drive Digital Transformation and Change Management across Thermax.
• Collaborate with BTG teams to lead digital transformation across the Thermax value chain, encompassing suppliers and customers.
• Promote Operational Excellence across the BTG organization.

• Expertise in Strategy Planning and Execution.
• Strong Analytical Thinking capabilities.
• Ability to adhere to timelines and deliver results.
• Proficiency in Project Management and governance frameworks.
• Excellent Communication Skills for effective engagement with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to interface with senior stakeholders within and outside the organization.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex digital technologies effectively.
