Business Strategy Manager

Role- Business Strategy

Location- Mumbai -Goregaon (WFO)

Key Responsibilities -

• Execute business strategy objectives defined by management for different business requirements Sales, Products, New initiatives, organic and inorganic growth etc.
• Lead strategic partnerships and other organic and in organic initiatives for the growth of the organization.
• Lead annual budgeting & strategic planning process.
• Work closely with Management and business analytic team to model, analyse, prepare, and summarize information for companys forecast and performance.
• Identifying business performance trends for existing and new business opportunities
• Preparation of business models for management to provide business insights and take business decisions.
• Interaction with product and business unit stakeholders as required to strategies key projects in their functions across business and products.
• Research and come up with new business and product initiatives with backup data and strategy. Lead it to the formulation level.
• Set up processes and systems to maintain the credibility of all data points required for business decision making.
• Ensures effective execution of key metrics such as Sales, revenue, cost

Skills & Experience-

• 4-5 years of experience in Business Strategy / budgeting / strategic planning
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks at the same time where priorities can frequently change and drive initiatives in a cross functional environment
• Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented and comfortable working with large data sets Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
