Tele Counsellor

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of Excel, and a knack for closing deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Calling:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Present and explain our products/services to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
• Sales Pitching:
• Develop and deliver effective sales pitches to convert leads into sales.
• Understand customer needs and tailor the pitch to meet their requirements.
• Deal Closure:
• Negotiate and close deals over the phone.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Data Management:
• Use Excel to maintain and update customer databases.
• Track and report on sales activities and results.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any field.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel for data management.
• Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
• Experience: Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
