Utkarsh Classes - Senior Product Designer - Figma/Adobe XD (3-6 yrs)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design to craft intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centric experiences for students and educators. Key Responsibilities :

User-Centric Design : Transform PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for mobile and web platforms.

UI/UX Excellence: Create intuitive and accessible user interfaces that enhance engagement and usability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, content teams, and marketing to ensure seamless user experiences.

Research & Problem-Solving: Conduct user research, analyze behavior, and design solutions to optimize engagement and retention.

Prototyping & Usability Testing: Develop interactive prototypes, gather user feedback, and iterate based on insights.

Visual & Design Consistency: Establish and maintain design guidelines to ensure a unified digital experience.

Microinteractions & Animations: Enhance user interactions through animations and motion design (Adobe After Effects preferred but not mandatory).

Data-Driven Design: Utilize A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools to refine user experiences and optimize conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web UI/UX designs with a focus on usability and accessibility.

- Expertise in Adobe XD / Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for graphics and asset creation.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion design (preferred).

- Experience with design systems, component-based UI, and responsive web design.

- Familiarity with HTML & CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.

- Strong communication skills to present ideas and incorporate feedback constructively.

- Analytical mindset with experience in user testing, heatmaps, A/B testing tools like Hotjar or Google Analytics (a plus).

- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards is an advantage.
