Senior Product Designer - Adobe XD (4-10 yrs)

Job Title : Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities :

UI Focus

- Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design and animation to enhance UI experiences.

- Develop high-quality motion elements using tools like After Effects and LottieFiles.

- Collaborate with design teams to elevate visual aesthetics, typography, spacing, and interaction models.

- Build and maintain design guidelines, UI patterns, and scalable components for consistency across products.

UX Focus :

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to drive data-informed design decisions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate user flows and interactions.

- Develop and document reusable patterns to scale design consistency across different platforms.

- Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless design implementation.

Requirements :

- Education : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design or a related field.

- Experience : - Proven track record in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing motion design (for UI) or user research (for UX).

Tools & Skills :

- UI Designers : - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, After Effects, LottieFiles, and motion graphics.

- UX Designers : - Expertise in Sketch, Figma, XD, wireframing, user research methodologies, an system design thinking.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive designs.
