IT and Digital Manager

Interested candidates can directly walk-in from 13/01/2025 onwards.

• Proficient in managing Microsoft Active Directory and network environments, encompassing installation, troubleshooting, digital system and maintenance tasks.
• Strong understanding of computer networking principles, including design, troubleshooting, and prevalent protocols.
• Capable of staying updated in the rapidly changing fields of hardware, software, and networking.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple assistance requests effectively.
• Experienced in digital video exchange and related techniques as required by the department.
• Competent in making quick decisions when faced with issues related to local area networks and PC services.
• Able to evaluate long-term systems and solutions by integrating departmental requirements with technical feasibility.
• Familiar with best practices in network security and data protection.
• Effective communicator, able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Committed to continuous professional development in technology and networking trends.
• Supervise networks, servers, and operating systems for optimal performance.
• Lead implementation initiatives, adhering to schedules and budget constraints.
• Develop and enforce disaster recovery strategies and security measures.
• Offer training, guidance, and support to enhance team productivity.
• Address technical issues to reduce downtime and enhance system efficiency.
• Discover technology solutions that support business aims and objectives.

Requirements:

• B.E CS/IT or a related field
• Master Degree in Information systems
• Hands on experience in SAP implementation and administration will be given preference
• Strong background in IT and managing a team
• Expertise in decision making and coordinating complex initiatives
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems and cloud solutions
• Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and security best practices
• Effective oral and written communication
