Enterprise IT Sales

Role :

Build relationships with clients, understand their technology needs, and present solutions that align with the companys offerings.

Key Job responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company. Regularly meet with clients to discuss their current needs and future growth.
  
• Research and identify new sales leads, including cold calling and attending networking events. Nurture leads through the sales pipeline to conversion.
  
• Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company's goals. Identify target markets and develop a pipeline of potential clients. Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demos. Clearly articulate how services can solve specific client challenges. Customize presentations and proposals to address client-specific requirements.
  
• Should work with technical team during pre-sales for complex solution discussions.
  
• Oversee the account management process for closed deals to ensure a smooth handoff to support teams. Address any issues or concerns that arise during or after service delivery. Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  
• Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. Gather insights from customers and relay feedback to the product or service teams. Adjust approaches based on market demands and industry shifts.
  
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular sales forecasts, progress updates, and performance reports. Use data to refine the sales process and improve conversion rates.
