Business Development - US IT Staffing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In-depth understanding of MSP (Managed Service Provider) and VMS (Vendor Managed Systems) businesses.
• Proficiency in the procurement process for staffing across various Domain and Verticals of US IT Staffing
• Proactively generate new business through Trusted POC's, VMS and ATS Portals.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline and expand the customer base.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, emphasizing logistics solutions.
• Strategize and connect with key decision-makers to showcase our staffing expertise.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Seasoned Business Development professional with over 10 years of experience in the US IT Staffing, IT Services, and Solutions industry.
• Essential experience in the US Staffing Industry with an existing customer network.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven confidence in phone communication and written correspondence.
• Proactive self-starter with a keen interest in technology and sales.
