US Healthcare Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated US Healthcare Account Manager at Codeforce 360 to manage and expand client relationships in the healthcare staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and driving recruitment delivery for healthcare positions such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Allied Healthcare Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and new healthcare clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare facilities, long-term care centers, and VMS/MSP clients.
• Understand client staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of healthcare positions.
• Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and improving service delivery.

Business Development & Account Growth

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the US healthcare staffing sector.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase revenue and market presence.
• Expand accounts by upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with clients.

Recruitment & Delivery Coordination

• Work closely with the healthcare recruitment team to ensure quality hiring and compliance.
• Monitor candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and performance metrics to meet client expectations.
• Ensure all candidates meet credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements before onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and service efficiency.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to healthcare staffing regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Track and analyze account performance, revenue growth, and hiring trends.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports on client feedback, hiring progress, and business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing, with at least 2 years in account management or client-facing roles.
• Proven experience working with VMS/MSP clients and understanding of vendor management systems.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare staffing laws, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle high-volume staffing needs and manage multiple client accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, client management, and business development skills.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorizations, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in direct healthcare client acquisition.
• Knowledge of state-specific healthcare staffing laws and compliance requirements.
• Background in business development, sales, or key account management.
