About the Role & Team:
Enable Urban company's Performance, Rewards & Talent philosophy by creating, enabling and driving processes and systems that make these philosophies real for our people and help improve business outcomes, as well as attract and retain the right talent for UC.
What you'll do:
- Gather market insights on compensation trends, directly or by working closely with Compensation partners to align on salary ranges, increases, and practices in our talent landscape
- Support the design and maintenance of UC's compensation ranges for fixed pay and ESOPs, also ensuring offers align with compensation guidelines.
- Assist in budget proposals, increments, and process guidelines; manage mid-year and annual compensation reviews, ensuring alignment and communication with leadership and people managers.
- Enable leaders with adequate data, analysis & insights and principle led approach to take right decisions for their team members
- Provide leaders with data, analysis, and insights to make informed decisions for their teams.
- Develop communication strategies and collaborate with People Success partners to educate leaders on UC's rewards philosophy.
- Support ESOP and benefit programs, including secondary sales, NRC inputs, tool implementation, communication, and annual insurance renewals.
- Drive improvements in processes and systems to align with UC's compensation philosophy, based on feedback from leadership and employees.
- Manage the entire performance management process, including data hygiene, leadership alignment, communications, tool administration, and enabling PSPs to improve feedback quality and performance reviews.
- Support workforce planning by creating input templates, logics, summaries, analyzing trends, and offering insights
- Prepare dashboards and analyze reports to assess process effectiveness of key people processes/ areas and support data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Need:
- 1-4 years of experience in COE/ Project/ Analytics roles in HR (startup/ performance & rewards experience preferred)
- Experience of implementing Performance & Rewards tools would be an added advantage
- Highly organized and structured, with agility to navigate and adapt to ambiguous situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Suite and advanced Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
