RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Mumbai
Job description summary:
Responsible for managing tie ups with colleges/Edu. institutes in assigned geography
Ensuring engagements, appointments with college administration
Conducting sessions/seminars/webinars at the colleges on Upstox Offerings, partnerships
Maintaining Lead funnel of colleges and actioning upon them
Coming up with new initiatives to achieve penetration of colleges in assigned geography
Piloting new initiatives in line with manager and leadership team
Sharing frequent market insights on competition, new initiatives, business opportunities
Ensuring quality deliverables with strict adherence to Audit and governance model
Onboarding Partners who will help to increase the customer base
Responsible for making Assisted partners, customer acquisition, Upsell, cross sell

What do you need to bring?
5+ years of experience in sales, particularly in fieldwork.
Ideal candidates should have strong people management skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and basic analytical skills.
Integrity and a commitment to ethical practices are essential.
Experience in managing sales and distribution channels is required.
Relevant industry experience in Insurance, BFSI, Fintech, or Telecom sectors is a plus.
