F&A Admin Assistant II

• Taking inbound customers call.
• Ability to work in a highly measured, fast-paced, production environment
• Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Comfortable to work in any shift timings as per process requirement
• Great work ethics and able to manage multiple tasks well
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally present information and respond to enquiries

Prerequisites

• Bachelor s degree in business Related Field - Preferred
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
• Prior experience with Billing processes - Preferred
