5. Optimize product visibility and shelf space within retail and wholesale channels.
6. Negotiate and finalize Joint Business Plans with key channel partners to enhance business collaboration.
7. Focus on expanding sub-channels such as general trade, modern trade, and institutional sales.
8. Conduct precise SKU-wise sales forecasting on a rolling weekly basis to maintain optimal inventory levels.
9. Oversee payment collection from distributors and ensure adherence to agreed financial terms.
Qualifications:
1. MBA (Postgraduate)
Key Requirements:
1. 3 to 4 years of experience in Channel Sales within the FMCG sector.
2. Proven track record of managing distributors and growing sales through channel networks.
3. Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR market and prior experience working in the region.
4. Expertise in handling multiple sales sub-channels, including general trade, modern trade, and institutional sales.
5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
