We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Accounting Professional with over 8 years of experience to manage and oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and accounting functions. This role demands expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Develop financial models to support decision-making and business strategy.
- Assist in evaluating financial performance, including variance analysis, identifying key drivers, and recommending corrective actions.
2. Accounting Oversight:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of all tax filings.
- Manage general ledger entries, reconciliation of accounts, and audit preparation.
3. Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and funding availability.
- Prepare cash flow projections and analyze cash flow performance, identifying and mitigating any potential shortfalls.
4. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, board members, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and align with organizational objectives.
5. Internal Controls & Compliance:
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, financial standards, and corporate governance best practices.
- Coordinate audits, ensuring that any findings are addressed and corrected in a timely manner.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals, ensuring continuous development and alignment with organizational goals.
