Manager - Operations - FMCG (2-7 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide a 3-month demand outlook to procurement, factory operations, and supply chain teams.

2. Release the S&OP calendar monthly, ensuring key activities are completed on time.

3. Finalize sales forecasts with inputs on schemes, promotions, price changes, and market trends.

4. Communicate forecast exceptions to operations, procurement, and import/export teams.

5. Ensure monthly S&OP meetings with active participation and adherence to set processes.

6. Maintain 75%+ forecasting accuracy for aggregate demand.

7. Oversee new product launches, ensuring supply chain readiness and inventory alignment.

8. Identify S&OP process improvements and implement system/process-based solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Postgraduate: 2-5 years OR Undergraduate: 4-7 years from top colleges.

2. Experience in Supply Chain & Operations-demand, supply, production planning, or S&OP.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Self-starter with strong initiative and accountability.

2. Decision-making ability with ambiguous data.

3. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

4. Excellent communication & influencing skills at leadership levels.

5. Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
