What You'll Do

1. Own the Business: Independently drive all aspects of Urban Company's operations in your vertical-building a robust supply chain through the selection, training, and onboarding of professionals; managing daily operations; ensuring service quality; and accelerating user growth and expansion.

2. Marketplace Growth: Expand the marketplace by balancing competing factors such as service availability and supply utilization while scaling user growth and enhancing operational excellence.

3. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team focused on business development, skill training, and continuous growth.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with central teams-including functional specialists and business category teams-to ensure coherence, and partner with regional teams to share and learn best practices.

5. Local Initiatives: Accelerate user growth through targeted local marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships, and by tailoring offerings and pricing to suit your market.
