Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IGAAP and US GAAP standards, financial analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Management: Ensure timely closing of financials, budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Reporting: Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards for management and investors.

- Tax & Compliance: Manage direct and indirect tax compliance (India & USA) and statutory filings.

- Commercial Management: Validate purchase orders, optimize vendor contracts, and manage RFQs.

- Audit & Systems: Oversee audits, implement ERP, automate processes, and design internal controls.

Requirements

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- Experience: 8-10 years in financial management, with IGAAP and US GAAP expertise

- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and ERP systems.
