Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce Flows while adhering to best coding practices. The Platform Developer II (PD2) certification is preferred. The developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development :

- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and Visualforce.

- Implement Salesforce Flows and other low-code tools to optimize workflows and automate processes.

- Design and build custom applications, triggers, batch jobs, and integrations with external systems.

Code Quality & Best Practices :

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Salesforce development best practices.

- Optimize Apex code for performance and scalability.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with security, scalability, and maintainability standards.

Technical Solutioning & Architecture :

- Work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Ensure proper data modeling, security settings, sharing rules, and API integrations.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments.

Testing & Debugging :

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of Salesforce components.

- Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and provide ongoing maintenance and support.

- Documentation & Collaboration:

- Maintain clear technical documentation for custom solutions and configurations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including administrators, QA teams, and product owners to enhance system capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Strong Apex programming skills, including triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous processing.

- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Builder for low-code automation.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security models, and governor limits.

- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external APIs and third-party systems.

- Ability to follow coding best practices, design patterns, and version control.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of fundamental programming principles.

Preferred Skills & Certifications :

- Platform Developer II (PD2) certification is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (SFDX, Copado, Git, CI/CD pipelines).

- Experience with Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) for LWC customization.

- Exposure to Salesforce DX and best practices for enterprise-scale development.
