Data Analyst (1-3 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will provide analytics-based consulting services to our clients, leveraging data analysis to drive business decisions and develop optimization strategies. You will work closely with project leaders and managers to deliver impactful results while maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and integrity.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze data and generate reports tailored to specific business requirements.

- Deliver timely and accurate analytical insights.

- Utilize appropriate tools for effective research and data exploration.

- Process complex datasets, simplifying outcomes and interpretations for stakeholders.

- Identify key trends and develop actionable insights to improve client performance.

- Formulate and present strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

- Collaborate effectively with project leaders and managers to ensure efficient task execution and project success.

- Maintain strict data privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience (excluding internships).

- Proficiency in Python and prior experience in a data-related field are essential.

- B-Tech degree from a reputable institution is required. A Master's degree will be considered a strong advantage.

- Demonstrated skills in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, and Strategy Development.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) is preferred.

Additional Information : This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Gurgaon office. Candidates must be willing and able to commute to the Gurgaon location.
