React.js Developer - Javascript (2-6 yrs)

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ReactJS Developer to join our elite engineering team. In this critical role, you will lead the front-end development efforts for complex web applications, mentor junior developers, and contribute significantly to the technical architecture and best practices within the team.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex and high-performance React.js applications.
• Architect and implement scalable and maintainable front-end solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering their growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend engineers) to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in React.js, JavaScript, and front-end technologies.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks.
• Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools.

• 4-5 years of professional experience in React.js development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features and advanced concepts.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Expertise in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and data fetching techniques.
• Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• A passion for building high-quality user interfaces and a strong work ethic.
