Responsibilities:
- Formulate and Identify digital initiatives which can help organization transform to next level
- Skilled at team management and senior stake-holder management.
- Support his manager by actively taking up roles and responsibilities on projects assigned.
- Proactively identify areas of improvements and identify solutions for the same.
- Support, manage and guide his team in execution.
- Proactively Identify new technologies and conduct experiments/ POCs to stay ahead of competitors.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and prioritize basis business need
- Ensure key success parameters of all programs are met.
- Establish a mechanism to ensure the business requirements are completely met.
- Ensure upskilling of team members.
- 18+ years of work experience
- 12+ years' experience in Insurance domain with atleast 15+ years in Project Management
- Technical knowledge would be added advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate with senior stake-holders and technical/non-technical audiences.
- Excellent Understanding of software development life cycle
- Project Management Certification preferred
