Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B enterprise sales with a focus on the European market.
  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, leveraging inside sales expertise.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across enterprises.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and align with business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing opportunities in the assigned market.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the European region.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B or enterprise sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in working with the European market and understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Flexibility to work in the UK time shift.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies.
