Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical person to join our study abroad division. The Business Finance Analyst will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to support the growth and success of our study abroad initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making for the study abroad division.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate business plans, investment proposals, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to assess the health and profitability of study abroad programs.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the study abroad market and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and business cases for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed to support the goals of the study abroad division.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in business finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
