Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive student enrollments for our Study Abroad programs. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably from a top-tier institution and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2C student enrollments through consultative selling.
- Manage leads, conduct student counseling, and close sales.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize outreach.
- Stay updated on international education trends and student aspirations.
Key Requirements:
- 3-6 years of B2C sales experience (preferably in EdTech or Study Abroad).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Experience working in high-growth, target-driven environments.
- Passion for international education and student success.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier institution.
