Billing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely invoices for clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Verify purchase orders received from customers against contracts to ensure accuracy before processing payments.
  
• Utilize Excel skills to generate reports on billing activities, including MIS updates and payment follow-ups.
  
• Collaborate with facility management team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing or payments.
  
• Perform regular data analysis using pivot tables, COUNTIF functions, SUMIF formulas, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP lookup tables.
