Job Description

• Address employee queries pertaining to Employee benefit Program (Health Insurance, Personal Accident, Life Insurance, Annual Health Check-up , Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc.)
• Resolve employee benefit inquiries and issues on timely manner.
• Manage end to end process of Employee benefits including endorsement & renewal of policies on timely manner.
• Ensure closure of death settlements within the specified TAT
• Prepare benefit reports as per the requirement and ensure monthly reconciliation is carried out with respective Vendors.
• Maintain MIS & Reports as per the requirement of the Management.
• Monitor the performance of the Vendors as per SLA.
• Establish and maintain relationships with benefits vendors ( Insurers, Brokers, TPA etc.)

Ensure timely communications are sent to employees pertaining to new/revision in benefit programs
