Job Description :
- Experience testing at least 5 to 6 Workday HCM Core modules such as Recruiting, Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll, Learning, Talent and Performance including integrations
- Scope and assess what applicable scenarios are needed for Unit, ST, Integration and E2E testing based on client requirements
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure testing phases are delivered on-time and on-budget
- Ensure testing phase is properly planned and staffed
- Experience leading a team of QA Engineers and managing key stakeholders
- Review and analyze system requirements and workbooks
- Assess overall QA process and suggest improvements as needed
- Collaborate with Test Manager to develop effective test strategy and test plan
- Collaborate with client and system implementer to identify test scenarios
- Conduct test case review meetings with client leads
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Manage defects and ensure they are reported in test tool correctly
- Work with client on test execution questions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the Workday testing lifecycle
Requirements :
- MUST HAVE at least 12+ years- overall experience in Quality Assurance
- MUST HAVE at least 2+ years- experience managing and leading large implementations and teams
- MUST HAVE at least 5+ years- experience with Workday HCM, including implementations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office and PowerPoint skills
- Workday HCM Certifications (desirable)
- Strong understanding of HR and Staffing business processes, functions and dependencies
- Strong Payroll experience (desirable)
