Role : SAP HCM Architect.
Years of Experience : 12 to 15 years.
Location : Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities :
Deep Expertise in SAP HCM Modules :
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules with a strong focus on NPO-specific requirements.
- Extensive experience with custom and standard Payroll Calculation Rules (PCRs), schemas, and their impact on payroll processing.
- Expertise in NPO-specific tables and their maintenance, including configuration and data integrity.
Solution Design & Development :
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using ABAP HR to address specific NPO requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose optimal SAP HCM solutions.
- Ensure the integration of SAP HCM with other systems, including Workday, where applicable.
Time Management & Payroll Configuration :
- Extensive knowledge of UNEVE function and Entitlement IDs, including their maintenance, modification, and the creation of custom entitlement IDs and wage type mapping.
- Generate Payroll Calendars and manage Holiday Calendars.
- Configure and maintain Work Schedule Rules.
Client Management & Support :
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple client accounts effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and efficient HCM operations.
Stay Updated :
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in SAP HCM, including new releases and industry trends.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
Qualifications :
- 12-15 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM solutions in the Non-Profit (NPO) sector.
- Deep expertise in NPO-specific payroll requirements, including tax regulations, benefits, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of ABAP HR development and customization.
- Experience with Workday and its integration with SAP HCM is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
