DigiHelic Solutions - Workday Reporting Consultant (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- 8+ yrs experience in Workday reporting including tools like Prism Analytics

- Collaborate with internal customers to conduct in-depth interviews with subject matter experts to fully understand business needs;.

- Translate those business needs into report requirements consistent with Workday's features, functions, and underlying data structures.

- Build and configure moderate to complex reports in Workday, leveraging advanced Workday tools, including Prism Analytics; Composite, Matrix and Trend report types; Worksheets; Dashboards; and Discovery Boards.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reporting processes and dashboards to recommend improvements.

- Identify and address discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Act as a knowledge base for HR reporting and Workday Analytics throughout the organization.

- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

- Design and develop a wide range of reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within the Workday HCM system.

- Utilize Workday's reporting tools effectively, including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, dashboards, and other relevant features.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports.

- Analyze data from reports and dashboards to identify key trends, patterns, and insights.

- Prepare and present data-driven reports and presentations to stakeholders, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Workday reports.

- Expertise in utilizing Workday's reporting tools, including Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and dashboards.

- In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management).

- Strong understanding of business processes and how they translate into reporting requirements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify key insights.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Experience with Workday integrations with other enterprise systems.

- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.

- Experience with scripting languages (Groovy, JavaScript).

- Workday certifications (Workday HCM, Workday Reporting)
