Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract buyers, renters, and investors while strengthening the company’s brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:
   
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
2. Brand Management:
   
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging and visuals.
• Develop brand awareness campaigns across online and offline platforms.
3. Digital Marketing:
   
• Manage the company’s digital presence, including website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Utilize SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies to generate leads and traffic.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts.
4. Content Creation:
   
• Oversee the creation of engaging content such as blogs, property listings, videos, and brochures.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
5. Event Management:
   
• Plan and execute open houses, property launches, and promotional events.
• Coordinate participation in industry expos and trade shows to enhance visibility.
6. Lead Generation & Nurturing:
   
• Design campaigns to generate qualified leads for properties and real estate services.
• Implement CRM tools to track and nurture leads effectively.
7. Market Research:
   
• Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences and industry dynamics.
• Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
8. Budget Management:
   
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
• Monitor ROI and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
9. Team Leadership:
   
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
