Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Screening:
    • Source candidates using multiple platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) for various non-IT roles.
    • Review resumes, screen applications, and shortlist potential candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
  • Interview Coordination:
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone or video interviews) to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in coordinating the interview process.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure candidates have a positive recruitment experience by maintaining communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations throughout the process.
  • Job Postings & Advertising:
    • Write job descriptions and post job ads across relevant platforms and job boards.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain an up-to-date database of job openings.
  • Onboarding Support:
    • Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, and facilitating a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Hiring Process Support:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and tailor the recruitment strategy accordingly.
    • Provide advice and guidance on candidate selection and offer negotiation.
  • Recruitment Administration & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions.
    • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality, etc.) and provide reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-technical roles.
  • Experience in recruiting across different industries is a plus but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
  • Attributes:
  • Enthusiastic, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with various departments.
