Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the recruitment efforts for a prominent for Sobha Realty Usa from the back office , focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent across key functions such as project management, construction, sales, and finance. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to streamline the hiring process, enhance the companys employer brand, and provide a positive experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy Development:
• Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in the real estate and construction industries.
• Candidate Sourcing:
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, industry-specific events, and professional networks to build a strong talent pool.
• Interview and Selection:
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, and present top candidates to hiring managers for further consideration.
• Candidate Experience Management:
• Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear communication and timely feedback.
• Offer Management and Onboarding:
• Manage the job offer process, negotiate salary and benefits, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Metrics and Reporting:
• Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment status and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors /Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on real estate, construction, or a related industry.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple job requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
