Graphic Designer

Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that represent the companys brand and projects, including promotional materials, digital assets, website content, and print media. This role requires expertise in graphic design, attention to detail, and a passion for creating designs that align with the company's vision and values in the real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:
• Develop visually engaging designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, website graphics, and email templates.
• Design presentations, reports, and other corporate documents that effectively communicate the company’s projects, goals, and achievements.
• Brand Management:
• Ensure consistency of the company’s visual identity across all platforms and marketing channels.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and communication strategy.
• Digital and Print Assets:
• Create digital assets for website, social media, and online advertisements.
• Prepare print-ready materials for distribution and marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality output.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, construction, or a related industry.
• Proven experience in creating high-quality designs for both print and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools.
• Experience in web design, UI/UX principles, and using tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
