UKG has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Learning Program Manager to join its Engineering, Product, Innovation & Cloud (EPIC) organization as part of the Value Enablement & Adoption team (Communications/Enablement, Early Careers, Onboarding, Training, and Innovation). The role is vital to delivering end-to-end new hire onboarding initiatives, managing training programs, and enhancing employee time to productivity across the EPIC organization.
As Senior Learning Program Manager in Noida you will support VEAs global new hire onboarding and learning programs, helping EPIC U Krewers quickly acclimate to their new role within EPIC as well as continuously grow to achieve their highest potential. This position directly reports to VEAs country lead and will help execute and deliver program objectives that align with the strategic direction set by the manager of global onboarding programs.
Agile Practices/Environment: Understanding of onboarding program objectives including broader vision and how your work contributes to achieving the goals. Embrace Agile methodology, working as an Agile team member following Scrum practices.
Program Management: Implementing and managing onboarding and mentorship program plans effectively ensuring that all tasks and activities are aligned to the established objectives. This may involve cross-functional collaboration and coordinating with various teams, stakeholders, and SMEs to ensure smooth execution and within budget.
Facilitation: Deliver engaging and interactive learning sessions both on-site and virtual to achieve targeted learning objectives that help maximize employee performance and time to productivity.
Program Progress: Regularly track and report on program progress. Evaluate effectiveness and coordinate program improvements with manager of global onboarding programs.
Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open lines of communication with direct manager in Noida, the U.S.-based manager of global onboarding programs, and the global onboarding team; this includes providing updates, seeking feedback, and ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues related to learning programs, recommend corrective measures in collaboration with direct manager and manager global onboarding programs.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years experience in learning program management and/or trainer/facilitator role.
Proven experience working with employee onboarding and mentorship programs.
Strong program management skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional facilitation skills that are adaptable for both virtual and in-person classroom settings, specifically tailored for new hire audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in cross cultural collaboration.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable working as a hybrid employee (onsite remote) and have the discipline to stay both motivated and engaged remotely.
Expert level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience in leveraging Gen AI in day-to-day work
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field
Certification in Learning and Development or Project Management
Certified Train the Trainer or related certification
Experience with Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning, and Cornerstone
Experience working in Agile environments
