Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for executive-level and specialized Exec roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices in executive search, sourcing, and interview techniques.
Enhance the companys employer brand by representing the company at industry events, networking functions, and social media.
Utilize and optimize recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to improve efficiency and candidate management.
Ensure adherence to all hiring laws and regulations, promoting equal employment opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree or certification (PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
