Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring.
Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, industry events, and headhunting for both technical and leadership roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, key skill sets, and position requirements for various departments.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.
Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and timely decision-making throughout the recruitment process.
Facilitate offer negotiations, coordinate background checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience during the offer and onboarding phases.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and metrics to HR leadership.
Education & Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2-3 years in the talent acquisition role within the steel, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
