Key Responsibilities:
Experience in managing the full lifecycle of employees (from recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, to offboarding).
Ability to work with HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) for payroll, performance management, benefits administration, and reporting.
Experience in implementing automation tools in HR processes such as digital onboarding, automated scheduling, and workforce optimization
Proficiency with workforce management systems that track employee attendance, shift schedules, and productivity.
Education & Experiences:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup (steel industry experience is a plus).
