Role: MS Dynamics F&O Delivery Manager/ Program Manager

Job Description

• Over 15 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within the IT industry.
• Proven experience in delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F&O implementations.
• A minimum of two (2) successful project deliveries for clients with 600 or more users.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and the ability to adapt to client needs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and ensure successful project go-live.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications (e.g., MB-700, MB-701) are a plus.

Outline of Duties:

• Develop and manage the overall project plan, including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Lead the project team, including technical consultants, business analysts, and change managers.
• Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage project budgets and ensure on-time completion within budget constraints.
• Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Oversee change management activities and ensure user adoption of the new system.
• Lead the project through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.
