Technical Lead JAVA

Position: Technical Lead Java
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Java developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications that are robust, scalable, and performant.
• Implement best practices in software development such as design patterns, coding standards, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Perform hands-on coding and guide team members on technical issues.
• Architect and design solutions based on business requirements.
• Create and review High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Ensure adherence to software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
• Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in software architecture and design patterns.
• Ability to lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field (Masters degree preferred).
