Job Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant

Location: Candidate has to work from the Calicut location for the initial few months during the ULCCS implementation; later, they can move back to their base location with occasional travel to the client location for further implementation.

Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Custom Module Development: 

Design, develop and implement tailored CRM modules to meet specific business requirements

Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions for custom modules

2. CRM Customization and Development: 

Enhance existing CRM features and develop new functionalities within the platform

Proficient in CRM development tools, frameworks and best practices.

3. Power Platform Expertise: 

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Build custom business solutions using Power Platform to drive operational efficiency

4. Custom Plugins and Workflows: 

Create and modify custom plugins and workflows to extend CRM capabilities

Understand CRM event pipelines and plugin registration processes

5. System Integration: 

Integrate CRM with third-party applications via APIs and data exchange formats

Experience in integration techniques to facilitate seamless data flow

6. Cloud Migration: 

Plan and execute migration of CRM systems to the cloud environment

Ensure data security, integrity and compliance during cloud migration

7. MS Dynamics Finance & Operations Integration: 

Expertise in MS Dynamics Finance & Operations applications

Integrate MS Dynamics CRM with Finance & Operations applications

8. Real Estate & Property Management Domain Knowledge: 

Familiarity with business processes in the Real Estate/Property Management industry

Understand common requirements in this domain

9. MS Dynamics CRM Cloud Migration: 

Proven experience migrating MS Dynamics CRM to the cloud

Knowledge of cloud migration strategies, tools and best practices for CRM
