Talent Acquisition Specialist

uEngage is on a look out for Talent Magnet Recruiter.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent. If you have a passion for talent acquisition and a proven track record in hiring for technical and non-technical profiles, we want to hear from you.

As a Talent Magnet, your typical day would look like this:

• Identifying and understanding the hiring needs
• Creating and implementing recruiting strategies.
• Maintain a string talent pipeline.
• Conducting in-depth candidate assessments.
• Close positions within the Given TAT
• Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates and interviews.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates,
• Providing a positive candidate experience, and communicating regularly throughout the hiring process. What it requires to do the Job:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for technical and non technical roles.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Any relevant certifications in human resources or recruitment would be a plus.
