Job Review
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The IT project manager will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
We are seeking an individual with the expertise and knowledge to execute & implement the processes. Your role will involve managing and leading teams
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Initiation and Planning:
- Work closely with teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and allocate project resources, including team members, equipment, and third-party vendors.
2. Project Execution:
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress, track tasks, and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Implement effective project management processes and Agile development methodologies
3. Agile Methodology:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
- Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
What it requires to do the Job:
- Relevant experience of 3-5 years
- Proven experience of Managing the team of Mobile and Website Development.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as agile, and scrum is preferred. Relevant certification is also preferred.
