IAM Lead Engineer

We re looking for someone who could :

determine required IT business security requirements and assist in implementing them
conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data
integrate off-the-shelf IAM vendor products into the UBS eco-space
develop and maintain APIs, reports, dashboards and batch jobs
support resolving high-priority defects and deploying fixes to production systems
assist in quality control and project management
identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
collaborate with other global IT teams
experience in defining and applying technology related standards, process and governance Youll be working in the Customer Identity Access Management Team in Pune, India which is part of Identity Access Management. This role specifically is aligned with our External Authentication products which provide solutions for company clients globally

Our team consists of highly skilled technical experts across the globe. The solutions we are providing to the different application teams in the bank are mission critical and vital for any business 10+ years of experience focused on building large-scale enterprise design experience and are used to provide high-available, mission critical solutions
knowledge of distributed computing and low-latency, multithreaded solutions
experience in Java, Spring boot, Oracle PL/SQL and at least one scripting language (Shell, Python etc)
profound understanding of web-based technologies including multi-tier applications and security standards (HTTP, TLS, REST/SOAP, Cookie Handling, SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, WS-Trust)
strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
solid development background with experience in developing Java-based RESTful or SOAP APIs and creating batch jobs using Unix shell scripting
experience with industry leading IAM products (such as transmit Security, Broadcom Layer 7 API Gateway, etc) would be an added advantage
any experience doing enhancements using vendor provided SDKs is a plus
