Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for IAM projects including certificate management
You will play a crucial role in preparing detailed, accurate , and well-structured documentation, including functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories
Your expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and technical translation will be essential in the successful implementation of IAM demand management initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analy s e business requirements for Identity and access management projects and also for certificate management & Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) projects
Document detailed and accurate functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns
Work closely with Managed Service Provider (MSP), solution architects , JLL AD team , Azure team , JLL security teams , Okta, messaging and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents
Participate in the development and testing, ensuring alignment with documented requirements
Conduct user acceptance testing to validate the implemented solutions
Provide ongoing support and assistance to stakeholders during the implementation and post-implementation phases
Conduct regular project status updates, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to IAM
Requirements:
7 to 10 years of experience in IT industry with strong product management experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in Identity and access management
Familiarity with Certificate Management platforms such as PKI and Venafi
Strong understanding of security, i dentity, access management, AD, Cloud, MFA, Okta and Azure
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
